I made an appointment to have the transmission checked on my GMC Acadia. Bart Townsend did an amazing job, all the way from securing a loaner for me to keeping up updated via text on daily progress. Along the way they discovered a few additional things which were fixed. At first I wasn't up against any time deadlines, then all of a sudden I needed my car back ASAP. Bart pushed it through, and had it ready for me as promised - sparkling clean. Thanks Bart for making what could have been a bad experience into a pleasant one!
