Normally, I always give a stellar review. 5 stars and highly recommend Covert GMC. Sadly, my experience yesterday was less than stellar. All started off well until the ball was dropped for the shuttle to pick me up from my work and bring me back to GMC to retrieve my vehicle. I had messaged my service advisor at 1:22 that I was ready for someone to head my way for pickup. My message was received. Gave address and description of my building. At 1:56 no one had arrived. I messaged my service advisor again, he said someone would be there soon. At 2:15, no one had arrived and communication from my service advisor stopped. I had to ask a coworker to take take me. By 2:20 (58 minutes after I messaged for a pickup) a fella named Omar said he was at my office to pick me up. I told him I left. He offered No apologies for running late or anything. I arrived at GMC. Mentioned to the receptionist my experience. That went over like a lead balloon!! No apologies from management or anyone. It seemed I was more of an annoyance. My service advisor was gone for the day, which I didn���t realize until another girl told the receptionist I was working with. No one even came out to tell me about my vehicle. No review of the services provided. I don���t know if anything was needed, recommended, usually all things Andrew would go over With me. I was told that morning that Covert was not busy due to the recent events with Covid-19. I���m amazed at how I was treated for a dealership that didn���t have much going on that day. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience, as if my business wasn���t needed. Everyone just seemed to be there to be there! As if business wasn���t being conducted. I was very disappointed when I drove away. Mind you, my office from GMC Covert is only 5.7 miles. When you���re use to the bar being raised high, that���s what you come to expect each & every time. This time, the bar was not to be seen. I���m very disappointed.
