Overall I was pretty satisfied. The wait wasn’t terrible and they do provide beverages and big screen Televisions. I was disappointed that the final cost was more than what was told to me initially. But the service itself was very good.
I went into Covert Buick looking for a Wagoneer, I had what I wanted to pay out the door in mind with what I wanted to pay monthly. I was working with Olim, who by the way was absolutely amazing and did great at working with what I was needing. I’ve never been more happier before with the customer service he gave. Honestly, helpful and even was able to get me a better deal! I will always go back for business at this dealership and he will be my go to guy in the next years ahead.

I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali from Alexis Segovia and worked with Kyle Cheney as the finance manager. They made me feel both human and respected. The price for my new truck was excellent and the trade in value offered for my previous truck was also very fair. I was offered options without pressure and there was no extended negotiation. If was frankly the best car buying experience I've ever had.
I had a great experience purchasing my truck last week. Lino Rivera was an excellent sales representative and went out of his way to quickly address all my questions and respond immediately. The finance team was also great and provided the payment flexibility I needed to pick up my truck on a bank holiday and complete the payment the next business day. They were also very responsive to all my questions.

My experience with Covert Buick GMC was great! They provided a loaner truck while my truck was in the shop. My original drop-off was for an oil change and to replace a pair of rubber leaf spring bumpers. It was recommended that the transmission fluid be replaced. Kafui was the bomb. Not only was he personable he was thorough, had the vehicle ready for test drive, prompt in getting me through finance and texted me if I was still picking up after work and had it ready. Never been in and out in a dealership that quickly and it was because Kafui was attentive. Even though it was a smaller purchase got the same service as though I was buying an Escalade. Ask for Kafui if buying a vehicle from this dealership.

To be clear I was not initially happy with my experience. But after having some warranty claims on my 22 Denali, my service advisor Colton made up for any frustrations initially. When I was having issues with the truck he listened, made things happen, and in the end these guys made everything right they said they would. This is my first experience with Covert GMC in north Austin. We bought a GMC Canyon AT4 this February, our first GMC. To establish a baseline for Service and establish ourselves as customers, I booked a Service (and FOB replacement). Service team was fantastic. My drop off and pick up moments were smooth and very professional. I was able to get status through texts with both the platform and my service manager. Very glad to now have Covert GMS as our go-to for maintaining our truck!
