Surprisingly much lower pressure sales techniques than I'm used to which was refreshing, they were helpful in not only showing me around the different trim levels and test drives but ultimately able to find the truck for me and brought it in. Easy process, welcoming experience, and easy going. I had a issue with the wrong VIN on my check and they were more then willing to give e me extra time to get back with my bank, correct it, and ensure I would be able to get the exact truck they shipped in for me.
