Made an online reservation for the 6-quart Mobil 1 full synthetic oil change advertised at $105.95. When we got there, the service advisor told us the price would actually be over $200 — with no real explanation for nearly doubling it. The advertised price only excludes tax and extra quarts, and nothing about our visit justified that jump. This is textbook bait-and-switch: advertise a low price to get you in the door, then change it once you're there. We left without getting the service done. I wouldn't trust their advertised service pricing, and we won't be back.

I accidentally made my appointment with the automotive side instead of the service side, so I was turned away when I arrived. I will never buy another GMC again. Maintenance shop and service advisor Colton were excellent. It’s a shame this shop is backed up and it takes three to five days to get your GMC diagnosed. It says a lot about the GMC brand.

After having my car in a different shop for the transmission and them taking their time to fix it. We picked it up took it to Covert GMC Bart was helpful and said it would take 2 weeks but not sure.
