I recently purchased a new vehicle 3 month ago from this dealership, and unfortunately I am not satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle has had issues after purchase and I feel that my concerns have not been addressed adequately. I expected better customer service for such a significant purchase. I hope that the dealership will work with me to resolve these problems and improve the experience for future customers.

Jake was communicative, informed, attentive, responsive, and he understood what needed to be done and anticipated some thing that were not obvious. Buying a car remotely is not unusual but it can be unnerving and tedious. Jake heard our questions, provided answers, took photos & video, searched for solutions and gave us GREAT service from Austin while we were in Florida. He seemed to have an authentic, chill, easy-going personality which meant that he would say when he didn't know and always got back with timely answers. He gave us reason to have faith in car salespeople.

So disappointing. After purchasing an untold number of vehicles from the Coverts across almost all of their dealerships and brands, often with nothing more than a few phone calls, I recommended Covert Buick GMC to my daughter when she wanted to purchase an Acadia.

I rated them 1 only because they had inventory. That said their business ethics is 0. They took advantage of inventory supply & upcharged msrp by 10+ percent, (unprecedented). They also have several “add on” dealer fees, some of which I doubt are legal. (The product/service may be legal but the way it’s marketed/sold is shady at best). I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again.

Absolute worst when it comes to customer communication! I inquired about a 4Runner that they had listed at 10:00am. Here is the whole story of how a normal regular and simple state inspection ends up with hundreds of dollars.
1, I was told my transmission has an issue and my car will not pass state inspection. They need at least 3 days to fix. But it is under warranty. I was told I can also rent cars and GMC will do reimbursement.

This dealership is very unprofessional and doesn't treat customers with respect. I am an out of state customer, that was looking to purchase a $100k Hummer EV from them. First off, they tried selling it to me for $10k over MSRP. One of the sales managers said they usually charge $30k over MSRP.
