Absolutely the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever

Absolutely the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked into Covert Buick GMC Austin, the entire team was focused on making sure I had a great experience and left completely satisfied. Jorge in sales went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I also want to give a special thanks to Mark and James in the service department. They were outstanding! They took care of my vehicle incredibly quickly and even went the extra mile by delivering it back to me. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Even though the dealership was busy, nobody ever made me feel rushed or like just another customer. Jorge, Mark, James, and the entire Covert team truly went above and beyond what I expected. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I can’t say enough about the people, service, and overall experience at Covert Buick GMC Austin. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and stands behind its commitment to customer service, I highly recommend them! Thank you, Jorge, Mark, James, and the entire Covert team for an outstanding experience!

Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me

Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me tremendously, Carlos Mungarrieta. I visited with him and he introduced me to a vehicle I had not looked at before. He brought it around for my convenience, and I sat in it and said I think you finally found a car I like!! I am so appreciative to him, and I am a new owner of a beautiful black Buick! A little sporty, too, I might add. I can’t say enough praises for Carlos. He worked hard on my behalf with coming down to a number that was reasonable to drive my new vehicle off the lot. Covert is fortunate to have such a fantastic employee! Thank you, Carlos!
