From the moment I walked into Covert Buick GMC Austin, the entire team was focused on making sure I had a great experience and left completely satisfied. Jorge in sales went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I also want to give a special thanks to Mark and James in the service department. They were outstanding! They took care of my vehicle incredibly quickly and even went the extra mile by delivering it back to me. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me tremendously, Carlos Mungarrieta. I visited with him and he introduced me to a vehicle I had not looked at before. He brought it around for my convenience, and I sat in it and said I think you finally found a car I like!! I am so appreciative to him, and I am a new owner of a beautiful black Buick!
