After purchasing an untold number of vehicles from the Coverts across almost all of their dealerships and brands, often with nothing more than a few phone calls, I recommended Covert Buick GMC to my daughter when she wanted to purchase an Acadia. She contacted the dealership and negotiated with the salesman. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed on a price that satisfied both. Because the dealership was closing for the evening, the salesman texted her a copy of the purchase order and they made arrangements to pick up the new vehicle the next morning. That next morning the salesman called and notified her that they had changed their mind on the price of her trade-in, and wanted her to pay an additional $2,000. So much for the Covert family difference. Honor and integrity mean nothing here anymore, and I for one, will never purchase another vehicle from any of the Covert stores. Shame on you Covert Buick GMC.

Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me tremendously, Carlos Mungarrieta. I visited with him and he introduced me to a vehicle I had not looked at before. He brought it around for my convenience, and I sat in it and said I think you finally found a car I like!! I am so appreciative to him, and I am a new owner of a beautiful black Buick! A little sporty, too, I might add. I can’t say enough praises for Carlos. He worked hard on my behalf with coming down to a number that was reasonable to drive my new vehicle off the lot.
